Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals gate with a sign showing the lead passengers name sigh. If you are held up collecting your luggage, please send one of your group to locate the driver as he may not be aware that your group has arrived.

VERY IMPORTANT:Airport are large places-if you cannot locate your driver on arrival please call us for assistance,(at the airport driver will wait up to 45 min. after flight arrival)otherwise this transfer service will be considered a no-show and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions.

Please make sure that you/your group are waiting at the correct time, ready to board the vehicle. Your driver will waith for a maximum of 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

VERY IMPORTANT:If you have not locate your driver by 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time please call us for assistance, otherwise this transfer service will be considered a no-show and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions.

Your luggage entitlement is 1x bag or suitcase per person, maximum combined size of 158 cm (length+ width+ height) and hand luggage, such as handbags&small bags, unless you have specified additional items when making your booking.

For late night airport transfers after 11 P.M. up to 7 A.M., 10 EUR should be added on offered price for sedan vehicles and 20 EUR should be added on offered price for van&minibus vehicles.

Reservation can be canceled without penalties with 2(two) working days prior to service date.In case of cancellation or no show please be aware that full amount will be charged on your account.
